Deforestation is a global issue that critically affects biodiversity, climate, and human and animal survival. The EMMA4EU project aims to tackle embedded deforestation internationally, starting with the European Union.
The EU recently approved the Deforestation-Free Products Regulation (EUDR) to tackle this issue. The EMMA4EU project aims to meet this need by developing innovative approaches to education and training on reducing deforestation risk in supply chains.
